Breath of Disruption is a case study on wave abstracts below the seas of Los Angeles, CA. In the fall of 2015, I slowly began a personal photographic journey away from land, and towards the sea. I discovered what seemed to be a sacred paradise juxtaposed with sudden, violent storms.
"The deepest parts of our oceans can be compared to outer-space, lacking light, depleted of most life and near zero gravity. But closer to the surface, the atmosphere is teeming with life, billowing explosions, and dramatic dances of energy and light. It is an intimate relationship I’ve built with nature. I feel for certain the Earth’s soul stems from the sea. It’s an open look at the inner-workings of the planet.. I see her veins, feel her heartbeat and hear her cry.
